Summary: We stayed in this house last year and loved it so much immediately booked it for this year. As the property company does a wonderful job with the place but it was in need of repair that the owner hasn’t done. The stair of the porch going to the beach are off and a picnic table placed there to climb on instead. The light switch in the bedroom had to be jiggled to get it to come on and it was that way a year ago as well. I do understand that there are other steps into the house but that makes tracking all the sand into the house cause you can’t rinse off before entering the house. The porch boards are coming up and screws sticking out and the railing is loose so don’t lean on them. I do not fault the rental company on this as I know they try to keep it up but the owner probably needs to step up and make some repairs for the safety of their guest.
