This 4 season cozy three bedroom ,one washroom cottage, will provide all the comforts of home.
Fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Propane fireplace available during cooler nights. Wifi, fun games provided for fun and enjoyment. TV has Android media streamer providing access to VOD, tv shows, recent movie releases, channels around the world, with live TV available to watch sport events. Dock space along lake front a short distance away. (Shared with one other property)
THE SPACE
Cottage has 3 bedrooms tastefully decorated creating bright and cheerful atmosphere. Please note 2 bedrooms with queen beds have a step down into these rooms. Sofa bed couch has queen mattress in living room
There is one washroom with combined shower/bath.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all your baking/dining needs. Coffee,tea,sugar,whitener,various spices and condiments
Built in wall unit has wine rack,cocktail tools,cocktail recipes,spices,Caesar,wine and daiquiri glasses for your enjoyment
Kitchen is fully stocked for all your baking/cooking needs. We have included a variety of spices,condiments,bakeware,blender,crockpot,popcorn machine,microwave,pots,pans,cooking tools,roasting pan, indoor and outdoor dinnerware and much more.
Living room, kitchen are open concept space with skylight providing natural light. Patio doors have built in blinds for privacy as well as providing shade from afternoon sun. Couch has pull out queen size bed. ( bedding is provided)
OUTDOOR AREA
Please note there are stairs leading down to the cottage entrance.
Multiple views of glorious sunsets and perennial gardens with breathtaking lake views. There are several spots to dine all with amazing views. Our chill lounge is a covered structure with comfortable seating, tropical palm tree that lights up, wall of leaves with led lights. Beautiful views of the lake and screens keep out mosquitoes in the evening. Outdoor covered bar area with LED lights , bar stools and table and fantastic views of lake. ( please note these areas are closed during the winter)
BBQ and tools available and on deck
Fenced in backyard has fire pit and chairs. We provide first bundle of wood. NOTE: Can only be used when there are no restrictions in place from city of Kawartha Lakes. Notification will be provided

Guests have access to all areas of the cottage with exception of storage room,crawl space and garden shed.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Sturgeon Lake is known as one of the best lakes to fish. There are boats for rent near by. During winter months you can ice fish on lake or snowmobile along trails in the area
There is a marina along lake front that provides, gas for boaters, some grocery items and newly opened restaurant. There is a public sandy beach area close to the marina. Water shoes are highly recommended.
Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, Lindsay and Peterborough are some of the towns close by for shopping or dining. Sturgeon lake is part of the Trent system for those who want to venture out by boat
