You’ll be greeted downstairs by an inviting, open living area with a large corner sofa and chaise to settle in with a movie, while central air-conditioning and an electric fireplace ensure year-round comfort. A second living area upstairs, complete with a sofa, TV and workspace, features floor-to-ceiling glazing that captures uninterrupted views overlooking the water, opening to a balcony where you can sip your morning cuppa while watching the boats pass by.
A contemporary kitchen and dining area has all that’s needed to cook and enjoy meals, including a six-person table and additional seating at the breakfast bar, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. You can also head out to the private courtyard for a laidback BBQ lunch, taking a refreshing dip in the private pool which overlooks the marina, which is heated from December - Easter for your comfort.
Four bedrooms upstairs accommodate nine guests, with the primary bedroom boasting a king-size bed, and the second and third bedrooms furnished with queen-sized beds. The fourth bedroom features bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top, making this an ideal stay for families.
