The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake!
The Neighborhood:
The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete with umbrella fountains for the kids and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!
Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
