As our next Branson area guest, we are pleased to present our newest unique property, Postcard Sunset! This gorgeous property, located just minutes from Branson’s Entertainment District, awaits you and your family!
Postcard Sunset nestles on a mountainside within a scenic wooded area filled with deer and a variety of flora and fauna, providing an enjoyable opportunity for the photographer in the family.

Join us as we show you around this one-of-a-kind property.
Winding down the curving drive to the property, you will immediately notice the brick and natural stone home, with a large, deeply covered porch on either side of the front entrance. As you pull up to the brick and stone entrance, step through the foyer and you’ll see the beginning of the main level open floor plan, featuring a 30 ft, 2-story ceiling and beautiful oak flooring. Your eye is immediately drawn to the full-height accent wall which highlights a gorgeous piece of abstract art. Above the art, the wall continues upward to a floating collection of greenery.

The living area features two full-size sleeper sofas, two accent chairs, and sofa tables. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book amid the lovely, comfortable seating. A 55” television graces this area above the stone fireplace.

From the living room, look to the right and you’ll find a set of French doors leading directly into a spacious sun room, highlighted by wrap-around windows and super-comfortable furnishings. A floor-to-ceiling brick and stone fireplace anchors one end of this room. A leather sleeper sofa is the perfect place to enjoy the fireplace on a cool evening. Central to this room is a small dining table with leather chairs, designed for an intimate dinner watching the beautiful sunset. At the far end of this room, you’ll find comfortable upholstered tub chairs which surround an oversized chess table, ready and waiting for a good game!

Step out of the sunroom, back into the open living room/kitchen area and you’ll find the kitchen of your dreams! A fantastic 6-burner, 2 oven Wolf stove anchors this area. An enormous granite wrap-around counter provides plenty of seating as well as a larger work-space than you’ll ever need. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end cookware, utensils, countertop appliances, glassware and dinnerware. A full-size pantry helps organize and contain your supplies. A separate coffee bar at the rear of the kitchen offers a selection of k-cups as well as ground coffee for your morning wake-up.

The formal dining room with its wrap-around windows showcasing the beautiful sunrises, is separately located off the kitchen/living room area and features a stunning dining table with seating for 10. You’ll definitely enjoy your meals in this room!

The master bedroom, located on the main level, is complete with his and hers walk-in closets, as well as an oversized ensuite bathroom, two vanities, a make-up station with more terrific lighting, as well as a large whirlpool tub for two and a walk-in shower, complete with heat lamp.

A second bedroom with a fun nautical theme, perfect for kids, is also located on the main level and contains a bunkbed twin bed, a full bed and a trundle which sleeps a total of 4.

Up the staircase to the second floor and you arrive at the spacious upstairs foyer. This fun-filled area features an air hockey game, two arcade stations and seating, perfect for kids and adults! Upstairs level has two private queen bedrooms, one bedroom with two king beds and a daybed with trundle, and another private king bedroom. Each bedroom features beautiful furniture, memory foam mattresses, rugs and luxurious bed linens. Upstairs has one spacious Jack and Jill full bathroom and one full bath off the main hallway.

Finished looking inside? Let’s head back downstairs to check out the fun offerings available just steps from the front door. Kids and adults alike are sure to enjoy the volleyball court. Other outdoor amenities include tetherball, horseshoes, tire swing, picnic tables and a beautiful fire pit with seating. Step outside from the main level onto the back deck to find a new, sparkling clean, 8-person hot tub! Friends and family will find a soak in this tub a seriously relaxing way to end a day of fun on the Strip or a fun competitive game of volleyball!
