We are delighted to offer our Sunset apartment, located in Manchester’s iconic Northern Quarter. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a spacious terrace-style balcony. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, washing machine with dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and an induction hob.
We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 4 seater dining table which also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains or blinds. One of the beds is an ottoman, and can be lifted to store your belongings underneath. The master bedroom has a custom built open wardrobe. The terrace can be accessed via the second bedroom.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Northern Quarter. There are limited public street parking spaces available around the property - charges may apply.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Northern Quarter. The nearest tram stop is Shudehill which also has a bus station to be able to get just about anywhere in the city.

If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
