Summary: Location is convenient between beach and downtown, with each being about ten minute drive. We really enjoyed Long Leaf park, which is only five minutes away.The condo itself is definitely an older property with signs of its age. The AC unit was not working while we were there. The manager attempted to get it fixed during our stay, but that was unsuccessful. There were also neighbors near us getting their units renovated so it was fairly noisy during the day, but some of that can be expected. Overall, I would simply suggest setting proper expectations if you rent this property. If you're seeking luxury or modern accommodations, then you should probably continue your search. For us, we just wanted modest accommodations and it met our needs.
