Summary: The shower faucet handle was broken and I was unable to take a shower. The sheetrock in the bathroom was missing the mud texture on a area about 2 feet by 1 1/2 feet. But the most unsettling thing was that there was an infestation of cockroaches crawling all over the place. I personally killed at least 20 of them. Very disgusting!
