The entry level offers 3 bedrooms, two with ensuites, along with open plan living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for guest use and enjoys an open and airy setting to breeze into the dining area and beyond to a spacious balcony with built in BBQ so you can cook or BBQ while enjoying the spectacular view of the beach and ocean beyond.
The lower pool level offers an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including the newly renovated master with generous ensuite and direct access to the pool entertaining deck. A spacious TV lounge and covered loggia with built in BBQ are the perfect place to relax when you want to escape the sun or curl up and read a book.
The upper level, also providing internal access from the double garage, houses the 4th bedroom with triple bunk bed and separate bathroom.
