Solar heated infinity swimming pool is a standout feature of this remarkable villa and perfectly blends with the surrounding nature. Large paved sea view terrace with sun loungers, outdoor dining and barbecue area is ideal for dining alfresco, sunbathing or simply unwinding.

The Villa spreads over 150 square meters and comprises two floors. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor infinity swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor dining and lounge area and it is a perfect villa for 6+2 guests.
The ground floor features two tastefully designed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Bedrooms have a direct access to the terrace with infinity edge swimming pool and sun beds.
The first floor consists of an open plan kitchen dining and living space with exit to the spacious fenced terrace overlooking Adriatic sea and surrounding islands. Eye-catching details and pale blue walls give the space a calming note while patio doors bring in abundance of natural light and make the room feel lighter and airier. There is also one bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom on this floor.
