Enjoy the grassy meadows surrounding the house - perfect for a peaceful picnic or outdoor games. This large yard is a rare amenity for a Sea Ranch home!
Sweet Sea Ranch features a mix of mid-century and modern decor and details throughout. Upstairs, enter into a bright living room and kitchen with high ceilings. Surrounded by long windows, these rooms offer breathtaking views and natural light. A gas fireplace creates a cozy ambiance and warms the room on chilly nights. Plenty of plush seating including a sectional sofa and chaise lounge is gathered around the Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Unwind and watch a movie at the end of the night with your family. New high-speed fiber-optic internet access and a vintage stereo with a record player are provided.
The kitchen is well-stocked and assembled with modern appliances for a chef to whip up mouthwatering meals. Call your guests to the picnic style dining table to enjoy dinner together. The kitchen peeks through to the living room, perfect for entertaining while guests cook.
You'll love spending your time on the decks and backyard. Turn on the BBQ off the kitchen deck to grill up anything from a tasty snack to a gourmet meal. Patio seating at the lower deck is arranged so you can enjoy lounging with a bottle of your favorite wine. This deck has a beautiful view of the forest and hints of the bluff. There is an attached full bathroom for privacy, and a sliding glass door onto the lower deck ocean-view area. Adjacent to the hall bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a sliding door attached to that lower deck as well. Step down from this 2nd bedroom to enter the final bedroom/sunroom. The attached sunroom has a Full bed and 2 window-side beds with a panoramic view of the trees and the backyard.
The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge with restaurants and shopping, a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.
