Its much closer to LAX and Sofi Stadium with Heated Swimming Pool 84-86 degrees, you may request any temperature you like and it will be set at that temperature for you, nice bright pool with underwater lighting upgraded to look awesome. Many colors to choose from including automatic color changing, It has been in many photo and video shoots for models and musicians, Jacuzzi 99-101 degrees, also special hydro massage great for athletes and any sore muscles, Waterfall, Rock water surrounding water fall into the jacuzzi which is fun to climb on have fun or even take professional videos or photos, fire pit next to pool terrific for drying off almost instantly and warming up after pool in the night time when it’s cool outside and making marshmallows and or s’mores, Dual Wolf oven great for cooking a big full size turkey or any dish and another full size oven next to it to bake a cake or whatever, Sub Zero refrigerator 48 inches wide built in instead of the standard 36 inch wide refrigerator, two warming drawers to keep all the food you cooked warm all day, indoor grill and flat grill with 6 burners, outdoor stainless steel oversized anti flame up grill by Master Chef used in high end restaurants 240,000 btu Brunswick 8 foot pool table, house is completely air-conditioned and heated, sun room next to the pool, high end Denon 9.1 Audio Video stereo system, 200 Watts per Channel with 9 channels @ .005% total harmonic distortion, 2 Klipsh front, 2 Klipsh side, 2 Klipsh back one Klipsh in the front middle and 4 Klipsh 12 inch Subwoofers at 1000 watts each to give you unbelievably sound and clear, no distortion blue tooth to play your own music from your smart phone, 80” Sony TV satilite TV outdoor furniture to much to list and also has for your protection outside surveillance of the back yard, pool, jacuzzi, sides, front, and entry.
it is all private of course, so you do have your privacy. Three bedrooms with the highest quality bed sheets 1000 and 1200 thread count bedsheets and pillows/pillowcases. It sleeps 8 people and any more than that we can provide up to 13 people with a temperpedic mattress that is in the middle bedroom closet that sleeps 1 additional and can provide access to four Queen Size blow up mattress’s that sleeps 2 additional people each to make up to a total of 9 additional people. Each additional person will be billed $50 per person per night spending the night. If you have at any time more than the 13 allowed people it will be against house rules unless arangment made in advance. An additional $500 for every extra 20 people tgat are not spending the night.
