Positive: View from the terrace Distance to the beach Pharmacy and supermarket close The pool
Negative: There is a tax for cleaning, but actually you have to clean by yourself, you can wash the sheets in the washing machine, but not change them which is annoying if you are most of the day on the way and you don't have time to do that. I would strongly recommend to have someone to clean at least every two days if you're staying more than 3 days.
