Positive: The Cottage is beautifully kept, in the middle of a quite hillside village just few km drive from Mount Congreve gardens. The inside of the cottage was clean peaceful, with a lovely modern bathroom but all the character of the cottage. Visits from the rabbits was a plus! But we cannot sing the praises of our wonderful and attentive hosts enough, they checked in with us regularly knowing that we were new to Ireland! The welcome folder has everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay from recommendations of activities and food places suitable for all ages, interests and tastes. Our hosts went above and beyond for us and even gifted us a foot bath as a post marathon relaxation treat I was visiting for the viking marathon. It was a restful and wonderful retreat. 10/10 home I look forward to returning.
