Summary: The desk staff was friendly the room was very clean. Hotel overall was very nice. Except that we couldn’t use the hot tub in the gym. We got to it about 15 minutes before the gym closed and were not allowed in and that was disappointing. It was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The gym staff was not very friendly making it clear that they close it down before the posted 9pm.
