This property is located about 5-15 min to all the exciting amenities of Ellijay, GA (Penland's Apple House, grocery stores, charming downtown, Cartecay River, etc), 26 min to downtown Blue Ridge, & will accommodate up to 14 guests. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway in the mountains!
This 6-bedroom home is perfect for large families and groups of friends! Whether hanging out in the pool or on the porch and grilling, enjoying a competitive game night, cozying up next to the indoor fireplace or the front yard fire pit, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the beautiful mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing getaway in the mountains!
The Main Floor features an open living room with a wall of windows highlighting the view, a wood-burning fireplace, and a Streaming TV—the dining table seats 8, with six seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, a knife set, a waffle iron, an instant pot, 8 cup coffee brewer, an espresso machine, a blender, a toaster, dishes, silverware, an electric kettle, wine glasses, serving dishes, pitcher, can opener, measuring utensils, pizza cutter, grater, Tupperware, bottle opener, wine opener, pots and pans, peeler, mixing spoons, strainers, cutting boards, BBQ utensils, baking sheets, and casserole dishes. Step outside onto the lovely main-level porch, which features comfortable outdoor seating, a dining table, a gas grill, and stunning mountain views.
The main floor has a coat closet with a mop, broom, and vacuum and a Laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and flashlights for guests to use as needed. The Parlor gives guests a closed-off and serene workspace for those needing to work or do schooling during their stay and a sofa bed.
The main floor features two bedrooms. The first is a king main suite with electric fire logs, a Streaming TV, mountain views, a walk-in closet, and a private attached bathroom with a soaking tub and a tile walk-in shower. The second is a Queen bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a tub shower on this level.
The Loft suite features a Queen bed and a private attached bathroom with a tub shower.
Venture down to the Lower level entertainment area for fun with an arcade machine, foosball table, poker table, and Streaming TV. The lower level features three bedrooms: a King suite with a view of the mountains, a private attached bathroom with a tile walk-in shower, a King bedroom with a Streaming TV and view of the mountains, and a Queen bedroom. There is also a half bath on this level.
The lower level patio has a gas fire pit table and outdoor seating.

The minimum age to rent this property is 25. All guests who book are required to sign a rental agreement PDF.
There is a maximum of two dogs and a $75 fee per dog. Dogs must be house trained, kept off furniture, cleaned up after in the yard, kept out of the pool, and not left unattended at the property.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, candles, etc).
This property can be reached with 2WD and has a driveway that fits 4-5 cars. The roads to the property are entirely paved but unsuitable for RVs, large trailers, boats, etc.
