Positive: Good location, mostly clean.
Negative: The wifi did not work consistently. It was out for most of the 8 days we were there. For the first several days it did not work at all. We messaged with the hosts. They kept saying they would get back to us. For the last half of the trip, the wifi worked inconsistently. The TV streaming was also affected by this, along with our ability to do anything online, such as check in for the tours we were doing and load maps, etc. The listing says the house is partially air conditioned. There is a mini split inverted between the living room and kitchen. This did not work, the entire time we were there. And there are so many windows that even when the outside temperature was 70, when we would get home for the day, the inside temperature would be above 80 degrees, even if we had the AC set to 70 and all the doors and windows closed. We would open up the doors and windows when getting back to the house so it would cool at least to the more comfortable outside temperature. We also called about this when we noticed the first couple days of the trip, they said they would send someone out, but they never did. The upstairs master bedroom has no access to AC, neither do either of the two downstairs bedrooms. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean when we arrived. There was left over coffee grounds in almost every mug in the house. We had to run all of the dishes through the dishwasher upon arrival. The upstairs hallway has several stains on the carpet. Carpets do not look like they've been cleaned in a long time.
