Positive: Wow, what a great find in Tartu, especially for a large group! The place is spacious and airy, with lots of natural light in all corners of the house. The house has 2 full bathrooms and a sauna, as well as air conditioning in the living room, which was a pleasant surprise. The 4 rooms are simple but comfortable, and all equipped with two single beds. There are lots of cooking supplies in the kitchen making it very easy to prepare meals for a bigger group.

Negative: The wifi is not very strong in some corners of the house, can easily be resolved with an extender
