Summary: Overall, this place is great! For those previous reviewers that mentioned bugs, we saw none other than outside. The well water doesn’t bother me at all. Bring drinking water if you’re concerned. No microwave? No problem! I’m not there to eat, I’m there for the outdoors. We saw an eagle flying over the treetops looking left from the deck! The WiFi and cell service were fine and the TVs great, but if not that would be okay. I’m not staying at a hotel for a reason. This tiny house is situated very close to the river and tubing, fishing, and wading are all possible! A couple of downsides… the stone pavers to the deck steps are loose and are very hazardous. It seems maybe the gravel has washed out? We were careful but it would be easy to trip or turn an ankle. Most importantly the property is part of a campground. I don’t think I realized this. I would definitely stay here again as it’s very convenient to all the fun things, but I was surprised by the campsites all around. I wish I had known this.That cuts down on privacy a bit and more people at the river. Still, a fun place to stay, cozy and comfortable.
