Summary: The hotel was lovely and the service was outstanding. In the middle of record snowfall, the staff were very willing to help with getting my very heavy suitcase to and from the hotel from the street. Especially of note was the standout service (and English skills) of Hele, who made sure I had all of my questions answered and that I had everything that I needed. She even helped me arrange a taxi driver to take me to Mardin after 2 different buses that I had booked were cancelled. The driver, Omar, was a wonderful driver who got me to my destination safely and efficiently, despite lots of snow and ice. The hotel location is ideal for exploring, and my room was beautiful, cozy, and well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel!
