Summary: The property is managed by a property manager rather than an innkeeper. There were many problems. Our kitchen wasn’t clean, the promised breakfast was late and not good. The website says housekeeping is included but the housekeeper didn’t show. When I asked her about it she said I had to request service and pay for it. The coffee machine wasn’t working, the creamer was not fresh. The attention to detail is sorely lacking. The Carriage house is cute, but the service was absolutely terrible for $500+ per night. There was no space in the bathrooms for toiletries. Towel hooks were positioned next to the toilet. Absolutely no amenities. Waters were promised in the rooms and never provided. This property has potential but the execution needs work.
