BEAUTIFUL CABIN for RENT in FOREST LAKES, ARIZONA
Cabin nestled on 5 acres of private property with National Forest bordering three sides. Only 117 miles from Phoenix, approximately 2 hours. Cabin was built in the late 1990's, 2500 sq. ft. and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additionally, there are 3 full size beds on the very large landing/loft and lots of room for sleeping bags. The large master bedroom is upstairs with a King Bed and attached bathroom, and the two smaller bedrooms are downstairs each with a queen size bed. The cabin is within walking distance to Patrick's Pond, and close driving distance to Black Canyon Lake and Willow Springs Lake. There are a few convenient stores within 2 miles, and the closest grocery shopping is in Heber, Arizona approximately 13 miles away. The elevation of Forest Lakes is 7500 feet and is generally 30 degrees cooler than Phoenix.

Summary: Our stay at this property created so many long-lasting memories for our family. We rented it to bring in the New Year and hopeful for snow! The whole process was seamless with check-in. When we got to the cabin, there was snow and it was magical! We walked into the spacious cabin and instantly felt warmth and at home there. It was obvious that the cabin has been at the center of loving family memories over the years! We got caught in the middle of a snow storm on our way out, and ended up getting stuck! Donnia the owner went above and beyond and was SO amazing to work with! We wouldn’t have been able to have a positive experience without her!! They dropped off extra shovels, made sure we had space heaters and plenty of firewoood, started a back up generator when the power went out due to the storm, graciously let us stay another night when we couldn’t get out as planned, and was able to get someone out to help our cars get unstuck from the snow so we could get home! She really was incredible and we were so grateful for her! We will choose to stay here many more Times!! Loved it!
