An absolutely charming cottage on no bank waterfront with a bonus privately owned pond which collects all species of birds such as ducks, heron, geese, swallows, red wing black birds, etc. Sequim boasts over 350 species of birds and with the pond and shore, you will be delighted with the variety. Daily eagle sightings from this home are guaranteed!
Sequim has a wonderful Audubon Center with bird walks, festivals and classes.
Located on a section of Three Crabs Road with a newly restored natural area, bird watchers by the hundreds come here each year with their binoculars and scopes.
Remodeled by owners with an artistic flair, the cottage captures the essence of beach living. The kitchen, living room and dining room are in the great room style so you can enjoy each other's company while preparing a meal. The home is well appointed throughout with two flat screen TVs, WIFI, laundry room, lots of kitchen gadgets, comfy furniture and very comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom with twins.
The deck facing the water gives you the perfect place to observe the wildlife all day and a view of the Dungeness Lighthouse and Mt.Baker. All ship traffic going into Seattle passes in front of the house to make an even more interesting view.
