There’s a useful study, beautifully appointed guest bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom. As you move closer to the large rear extension, select a book from the library and settle in for a sunny spot of reading in the formal sitting room.
When you’re ready to enjoy the ultimate in luxurious entertaining, the open plan living, dining and kitchen awaits. An elegant mix of furniture can be found in the living area while a fireplace creates an intimate space to retreat to on cool evenings. Just as stunning is the large kitchen with all the appliances and style you need to cook up a feast! And you can enjoy that meal, or perhaps a quiet morning conversation, at the timber dining table.

There’s a bus stop just 200-metres from your doorstep and it’s a short trip to Bondi Junction where you can shop all day, while the CBD, major attractions and sporting venues are easily accessible.
