Welcome to the Bungalow at Blackburn Bay on Lake Palestine ! This cozy three bedroom, two bath, brick home is in a quiet lakeside neighborhood, surrounded by nature. Tranquil Sunsets, Lake Birds, Squirrel, Beaver and Deer are seen frequently on walks in our area. Public lake access areas and boat ramps are very close by (less than one mile). This comfortable home away from home is located on a peaceful interior street just two blocks from the water and a short drive from Public Lake Access, Boat Ramps, Fishing, Boat Rentals, Restaurants, Shopping and The Waterpark at the Villages. . Guests will have access to park in the garage or use the driveway.
Boasting a fully equipped kitchen, new furnishings, washer/dryer, bedding, linens, garage, grill and fenced in yard, this home has it all. The Bungalow has three bedrooms. The Tropical Vibe Master Suite has a Queen bed, Futon, Wall Mounted Smart TV and Ensuite Full Bath with a large walk In closet. The Gorgeous Gray Middle Bedroom has a Full Bed with drawers for storage , Smart TV, Closet and shares the Boho Full Bathroom with the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room has Four Bunks, LED Fun Lights, Kids Games, TV, DVD Player and Kiddo DVDs. In the fenced back yard there's a new Weber Grill , Patio Dining Set and Yard games for outdoor fun! The whole house is reserved for you & your registered guests.
