Positive: Great location, and the apartment was over the top beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. They also allowed a late departure the last day, which was nice of them.
Negative: We had to change our check-in date on a 4 night trip, and no opportunity was give to adjust dates or receive a credit. Booking.com pointed the finger at the property, and the property pointed the finger at Booking.com, so instead of wasting more of our time for the credit, we decided to let them keep the money for a 4 night stay when we only stayed 3 nights. Also, NO AC IN LATE MAY in Rome is not a good idea!....we were told that AC is not provided by the building until June 1st. The last day of our stay, we were dripping wet with sweat as we packed. Lastly, the apartment is only 2 bedrooms...not 3....the pullout couch in a TV room does not count.
Summary: The apartment was over the top beautiful.
