Summary: Staff were rude, didn’t even acknowledge us when we arrived. We had been in a cruise and disembarked early do i thought we would go early to drop off our luggage then find something else to do while waiting for our check in time. Then discovered our room was at the bottom of dangerously steep stairs. May not be a problem usually but we had excessive and heavy luggage. Then the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows flat and offer no support, thin blanket on the bed (in winter!) walls were dirty and there were cockroaches. I’m adding a photo of the one on the fridge, but there were more. My sister found 6 when she moved the kettle. I wouldn’t stay here again. Also, there’s not much in the area in terms of food and shopping.
