Positive: fantastic central location, beautiful sunrise views from the conservatory. Lovely large house with plenty of space, there were 6 or us, but would definitely be enough room for 12. A great weekend with friends
Negative: the radiators on the attic floor were not working on arrival, so being January the occupant's of these rooms had a cold first night. We were provided with radiators the next morning when we advised of the problem. Plumber arrived next day to fix the heating, which he did but Unfortunately left a leak the came through the floor into the room below. this was resolved with a 2nd visit from the plumber. Overall quick responses to the issues. however it was the guests who cleaned the leaks up, and we feel it was just as well we came back to the house when we did, otherwise there could have been a lot of damage
