The space
This delightful one-story home offers three inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and its own TV. The cozy living room boasts a wood burning fireplace (wood not provided) and a large television for relaxation. The dining room comfortably seats six, and a breakfast bar accommodates two more. Travelers can find a peaceful workspace for remote work. Step outside to a spacious back patio with a charming swing, and comfortable patio furniture. The generous, fenced-in yard welcomes pets to play freely. Nestled in a serene neighborhood near downtown Huntsville, this home offers convenient access to restaurants and shopping, combining comfort and location perfectly.
*** Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 6 guests at any given time. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property. No refunds.
PET FEE: A one time, non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Please add your pet as a guest when booking our home and let us know you are bringing a pet with you. If your pet is not added to the booking, we will send you a request to add a pet.

***If you are local to the area we will be checking to make sure you are not throwing a party at our house. Sadly, this happens all the time and it’s not okay. The safety of our guests must come first and we don’t like bothering our neighbors***
CLEANING - Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We take the cleaning of our home very seriously and will do our best to maintain the safety of all our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
We do provide a starter kit for our guests such as toilet paper, paper towels, mini toiletries, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent. These items may need to be replenished during your stay and are the guests responsibility to do so.
House rules do apply. A booking request constitutes acceptance of all house rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgement of the listing description.

Guest access
We will send you a digital door code the day before you check in with important information and check-in instructions. You will have full access to the home except for a locked closet and the shed out back. Please respect our home as if it were your very own.
Other things to note
We do our best to make sure that all appliances and equipment are working, and we diligently attempt to address maintenance issues as they occur. Please let us know about any equipment/appliance malfunctions or other damages immediately so that we can arrange for repairs within reason. We will do our best to provide a solution as quickly as possible. If a maintenance issue occurs during your stay, we or one of our agents (e.g contractor) may need to enter the home. With the guest’s permission, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, the host/co-host or their agent shall be permitted to enter and make any repairs. In the case of a rare EMERGENCY situation, the host/co-host or their agent may enter the property without securing permission from the guest. An effort will be made to give the guest notice of such entry.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: There is a $20 fee PLUS shipping if you leave something behind and need it shipped back to you. We have to ask a company to retrieve the item, pack the item, and ship it, so please make sure you double-check the house before leaving. We will send a receipt as proof of shipping/price should this issue arise. This happens so frequently, and it’s difficult to get someone to ship these items back to the owner.
Neither the host nor co-host are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Neither the host nor the co-host is responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. The guest is solely responsible for their pet. We are not responsible should a pet get lost while on the property.
