Positive: the concept ir really nice and maybe it is really worth doing it again in summer. out of season there are many things that are not suitable (access is hard - via mud, poor cleanning etc)
Negative: poor cleaning of the property (leaves, etc. ). the condition of the refurbisments is good in some areas, but very bad in others - like bathroom where the shower is un-stable
