Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Comfy room but normally unmanned property. Pub closed early at 9:30pm.

Negative: Breakfast was included in room rate (hamper delivered to room) but not available on the day. Initially it was deemed my fault but when the manager realised the mistake, it was too late for us. Disappointing. Booking.com was blamed but really it was a lack of attention to the basics of hospitality.

Summary: Comfy room but with no breakfast. Note that there is no sit down cooked breakfast in the pub.
