Beautiful refurbished cottage set in gorgeous landscaped gardens. Offering a peaceful escape from the hectic pace. Overlooking undulating natural bushland on 400 +acres. Approx 15 mins Bathurst toward Sofala. Log fire, full kitchen, sheets n towels provided. Private Spa to watch the milky way so clear in our night sky. Sealed road + bitumen driveway. Amazing bird life, kangaroos and bush walking. Read a book. Relax. Fur kids welcome, fully fenced yard. NO SHOOTING allowed.
The space
The cottage is really cosy and newly renovated inside with timber floors in living areas carpeted bedroom with a queen bed and also a sofa bed in the lounge room
A lovely slow combustion log fire ( wood is cut and ready to use at your door during winter only)
A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven and dish washer etc
BBQ on back deck overlooking the beautiful gardens.
Table and chairs are on the front deck which again has a lovely rural outlook
The cottage is away from the road and located near the main residence but has a garden surrounding that provides you with privacy
It is peaceful and relaxing. Bring your food and drinks .
We supply cooking oils and condiments tea coffee and milk are all here for you
We supply linen and towels

Several seasonal creeks and 7 dams( unfenced)
A lot of lovely picnic spots so bring your back packs
Sorry no fires permitted as too dry and they need a permit from rural fire brigade
Only fires in your BBQ ( gas) and in house log fire are all ok
