Our 4 level, 5 bedroom chalet was built with special attention to quality and detail. Here are just some highlights of our home:

* Private hot tub on 2nd level deck overlooking the beautiful scenery (available winter AND summer seasons)
* TWO master bedrooms with large walk in closets and fully appointed private bathrooms.
* LCD TV's in the Theater, Billiards, Bunk/games, Living room and both Master Bedrooms.
Located just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola takes you to the village center, lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Center.
The Edge is luxury redefined. Structurally breathtaking, the butterfly roof, the extensive use of glass to magnify the beauty and awe of the resort, the 26 foot vaulted ceilings, all unique to any other homes in the area. Many distinctive amenities and special features in our home that are not commonly found include a private elevator, eco friendly fireplace, theater style media room with 55” LCD TV with HDTV and home theater system, climate controlled wine room, games room with pool table.
Add to this the TRUE ski in/ski out access and you have found the ultimate home for your winter vacation!!!
LAYOUT: Entry level has attached vehicle garage with additional deep freeze, guest bathroom with Full size washer/dryer, media room. Private elevator access to the second and third levels. Add to this a cushioned ski and snowboard room and you are ready-set-go!
Taking the stairs or the elevator, the Second level has 3 spacious separate sleeping areas which includes 2 generous queen rooms and a Large bunk room that will sleep 4-6. The games room with pool table, as well as a climate controlled wine room. Deck off the 2 front bedrooms.
The enormous great room on the Third level is the main living area of our home. Boasting 26 foot vaulted ceilings, massive windows and stunning décor. The central kitchen opens onto the dining (seating for up to 16 incl. the bar) and massive living room. A powder room is located beside the elevator. On sunny days grab a seat on the huge front deck (equipped with a BBQ) and breathe in the freshest air one could imagine. The Master bedroom with King bed and full bathroom including exquisite Japanese soaker tub and separate shower is located behind the kitchen with access to its own private deck.
Fourth level is the spectacular Grand Master bedroom with King bed with glass enclosure overlooking the third level and views of the mountains. Ensuite bathroom has heated floors and towel bars and large steam shower. All rooms have high end linens and the 2 Masters are even a step above luxurious.
KITCHEN: Fabulous gourmet kitchen. From the polished granite counter tops to the stainless steel appliances and premium quality kitchen wares, this kitchen has everything you need for holiday meal enjoyment. The Kitchen is stocked with Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, napkins, paper towel, dishwasher & liquid soap provided as well as cleaning supplies, garbage bags, recycling bags and spices including salt & pepper. Full assortment of crockery and appliances. Place settings for 24.
