Summary: It is a very well maintained hotel with a beautiful garden and balconies where you can enjoy your evenings. All amenities were there, including cooking utensils, kettle and coffee machine. It is 6 minute walk from the underground in the quiet neighbourhood and there are shops and cafes around, so location is great. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Munich. One downside is that there were no air on, but there was a fan in the room which did the job.
