TEMPERATURE REGULATION
Our home does not have A/C, as it is not generally needed in Flagstaff due to the cool mountain climate. However, we have made thoughtful provisions to ensure your comfort on rare hot days.
✔ The bunk bed room features a mini-split system that provides both heating and cooling.
✔ A swamp cooler is available in the bar area to help maintain a cool atmosphere.
✔ The main kitchen is equipped with a window A/C unit for added comfort.
✔ Every room is outfitted with a fan to promote airflow and keep the space comfortable.
WINTER ACCESS
Our home is located 1/2 mile down a dirt road. 4x4 or AWD is highly recommended in the winter, due to potential for snowstorms. Tire chains are highly advisable as well.
Snow removal will be provided when 6 inches or more of snow has fallen.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED
Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items.
PET POLICY
Up to 2 dogs are considered;
However, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Please pick up after pets outside.
No vicious breeds are permitted.
No other pets are allowed without Manager approval.
A $125 pet fee per pet per stay applies.
EXTRAS
Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
SECURITY
For security and peace of mind, noise monitoring devices are installed on the property.
There are security cameras located on the exterior of the property to aid with safety when the home isn't rented.
Please note, Porter does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on-site.
