Entire Condo 1,300 SQ FT - 2BD/2BA w/laundry room, 2 car attached garage & small BBQ patio. All living space on 2nd floor.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom inside bedroom, elliptical, computer desk and monitor, TV with chromecast and HBO. Master bathroom contains a shower and toilet. Double sinks.
Guest bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom located across the hall.
Guest bathroom is a shower/tub combo.
Guests will have access to complex pool and hot tub which is shared by all complex residents. It is a 5 min walk from the property. Hours are 8am-10pm.

STANDARD LEASE AGREEMENT
By booking with us, you agree to following rules and lease agreement. This includes a 2 car attached garage only. No parking in resident parking spots outside. Tenant will be responsible for any citation or tow expenses. If in the event your vehicle is too big for attached garage parking please contact the owner. Guest parking spots can be used for 3 overnights or 7 single days in 21 days. By signing, I agree to all owner and HOA rules and regulations. Check-out time is 12PM PT. Check-in time is defaulted to 12PM PT but can be accommodated for earlier if requested. No mailbox access. No attic access. No pets. No overnight guests more than 5 nights/month unless agreed with owner. All appliances, fans, lights and HVAC systems are turned off when not at the property or damages paid by tenant. Tenant(s) release all liability to owner or HOA for injury at the property or community spaces. Weekly cleaning to maintain property and furnishings done by tenant. No alterations to property. No moving any furniture in or out of the property. No shoes upstairs. No smoking in house, garage or patio. Any items over $300 in value left behind at property at check-out time of contract will be considered abandoned property and moved to a storage unit for 14 days at tenant expense. All other abandoned property will be discarded at contract deadline. Any damage to furniture will be paid for by tenant to repair or paid to owner replacement cost. Tenant agrees to quiet hours of 9PM-9AM. Tenant agrees to inform owner immediately of any issues at the property/repairs needed & allow for access in a timely manner to property when necessary for repairs or maintenance by owner selected representatives such as property manager or contractors. A 24 hour notice will be given to enter property via email and/or listing service messaging system unless issue is an emergency. For contracts over 6 months a discount is given to tenant. If that discounted rate is provided then the contract is cancelled tenant will be responsible for paying full rental amount without discount for entire stay. Childproofing is not present at property and is responsibility of tenant(s) for safety of children on property. Tenant will inform owner of any known needed repairs immediately or by contract deadline. Tenant agrees owner can enter property at contract deadline.
PARKING LOT
• The parking lot speed limit is 10 MPH.
VISITOR PARKING
• Only owners are allowed to park in resident parking spots.
• Visitor parking is intended for short term, occasional visitors only. Visitors may park in parking spaces designated “VISITOR” on no more than 7 calendar days in any 21 day period. If used visitor parking overnight will be counted as using parking for 2 calendar days.
• No recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, campers, commercial vehicles, or oversized trucks shall be parked in the areas defined as Visitor Parking or Common Areas or driveways on Association property.
• The Board reserves the right to tow any unauthorized vehicle from visitor parking and all other Common Areas.
• Tenants have 2 car attached garage parking spots.
• Tenants are responsible for any tow expenses.
POOL/SPA
• The pool area and spa are closed between 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
• The pool is closed seasonally. Alcohol is prohibited in the pool/spa area.
