Positive: The Hat Works is an exceptional property in the centre of Ludlow. The attention to detail is fantastic, with a really well equipped kitchen, helpful and thoughtful welcome pack and lovely touches everywhere. The owners’ communication was excellent and a glass of wine on the cosy chairs in front of the wood burner on a chilly evening was bliss.

Negative: There really isn’t anything to nit-pick about The Hat Works.
