Positive: Unit is at a great location if you are planning to go to Manly south beach and Shelly beach. Not super close to wharf side and unit is located a bit uphill so there are stairs to climb. All very well cleaned and renovated.
Negative: Despite being renovated, unit is located at ground floor of a fairly old building. Lack of privacy as all windows are facing the street. Lack of insulation (temperature and noise as it is an old building) and it was extremely wet and cold during our stay so it felt fairly cold inside with wind passing through the windows. Host was responsive but showed no empathy once I asked for extra covers (as it was fairly cold in unit and the two little heaters provided were not coping. We got small kids so yes it felt uncomfortable).
