This is a one-bedroom home with a queen-size bed in the living area and a king-size bed in the bedroom. The bedroom includes a 4K smart projector and en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding tub.
All the rooms in the house open directly onto the patio with an in-ground infinity pool and hot tub. At night the lighting design amplifies the magic of this futuristic space.

The Neighborhood:
In 1946, Pioneertown was founded by a group of Hollywood investors with dreams of creating a living movie set — an 1870's frontier town with facades for filming and interiors open to the public. On the outside were stables, saloons, and jails, and on the inside, were ice cream parlors, bowling alleys, and motels.
Today, These historical memorabilia amount to Mean Street, a fascinating location that will take you back in time.
The super famous Pappy & Harriet is currently open and ready to offer the marvel of live concerts again!

TELESCOPE:
The telescope featured in the listing photos has been removed off the property because it was damaged and needs to be replaced.
BEDROOM:
The layout of the home is a symmetrical design with a divider wall in between the primary bedroom & the living space.
FAMILY:
We are family friendly! But no infants are allowed. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, no gate to cowboy pool, etc). Please see our House Rules for more information.
POOL AND SPA: Our pool and spa technician will be arriving every Wednesday early afternoon between 2pm-5pm to service the pool/spa.
-Heating for our in-ground hot tub is included in your rental all year around. The hot tub is guest controlled. Whenever you would like to use it, you can turn it on! The hot tub takes about 2-3 hours to heat to the temperature of 104, depending on the outside weather. The hot tub automatically shuts off after 5 hours as a power saving feature. While the hot tub is heating, please make sure the cover remains on.
-Should you wish to have the pool heated please notify us 48 hours in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. Note: Only one, the pool or the spa can heat at the same time. Pool heating will reach a maximum temperature of 76 degrees and will have to be turned back on after the spa is not in use, you will need to notify us. Please inquire about seasonal pool heat rates.
No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
PETS:
Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis and dog owners must agree to our pet rules before we can approve. Please send us the breed and age for consideration. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please see our House Rules for more information.
RESPECT:
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
AC/HEATING:
We have a split AC/heater unit in each suite.
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, coyotes, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, squirrels and the endangered kangaroo mice.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors and at least 15 feet away from any open exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:
Our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through SUPERHOG after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable $500 deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver that covers any damage up to $500. Guests will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG via text with a URL link to start the verification process.
LACK OF CELLULAR COVERAGE:
You will notice that cell service is hard to come by in our secluded desert setting. Don't worry—consider it an invitation to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty around you. We recommend planning ahead so you can make the most of this serene escape from the digital world.
