The Loggerhead offers a beautiful brand-new dock for catching fish or just watching them jump in a quiet cove that attracts Great Blue Heron, ducks, geese and loons. If you bring your boat, a private boat ramp is available a mile away or public boat ramps across the area. The house is just three-minutes by boat to the main lake right around the bend.
The yard includes a firepit, upper deck, and lower patio to enjoy the outdoors.
Indoors includes an updated and spacious kitchen, washer/dryer, a huge main living area, a large sunroom with plenty of windows to look out onto the water, three bedrooms upstairs and a downstairs bunkroom. The bunkroom has two bunkbeds (twin over full) a ping pong table and a window a/c unit (central air in main house).
The upper house is handicapped accessible with paving stones from the parking area to the right side of the house, where a ramp leads to an entrance. A shower chair is available in the master bathroom. The basement is only accessible via stairs or the outside yard. The dock is only accessible over the grass.
