Custom built large dining room table with benches and seating for 20. 75” android smart tv , 4 smart tv’s in rooms , refrigerators, ping pong, cornhole, card games, bar, wifi, 4 bathrooms and master suite. Large paved parking area. Great for traveling and entertaining with groups. 8 sleeping rooms . 1 king bed, 9 queen beds , 1 queen pull out sofa , 2 large sectional sofas. This place is like nothing you have ever seen or stayed in.

Very close to the Georgia Avenue development restaurants and breweries as well as The Beacon development restaurants and breweries in Grant park for lots of dinning option including 2 breweries . Interaction with guests: I live three blocks from the property so I am available should you need me, but I give guest their privacy.
