The front living room is comfortably chic with large couch, 55" smart tv, dedicated workspace, and even board games perfect for a competitive game night! The kitchen is a breath of fresh air, fully supplied with all the tools you may need, including Keurig, instant pot, slow cooker, toaster, and hand mixer. Comfortable dining area with custom built in seating and storage. The master bedroom has king bed with blackout curtains where you're certain to get a good nights sleep before adventuring! Have kids? Backyard and main floor / upstairs is completely private spaces. There is a mother in law apartment rented separately downstairs.
We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
