Summary: New hotel so condition of establishment is generally pleasing and comfortable. Twin room is considerably of good size given Japanese standards. Was initially attracted by the fact that this hotel has a rooftop pool which is rare for a moderate chained hotel… However the pool is small, it gets packed easily especially with families of holiday-makers… I have no chance at all to get into the pool throughout my 7 nights stay. Hotel is easy to walk from Asahibashi monorail station given if it does not rain… We were there during rainy season and getting out or walking back to hotel become almost impossible without getting drenched in rain. Housekeeping standards is not consistent, supplies not replenished regularly. Overall it’s a nice new hotel to stay given the reasonable rates.
