Positive: We loved everything about our stay. This was exactly what we were looking for: a wellness resort surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. If this is the kind of experience you are looking for, don’t waste your time searching elsewhere. The breakfast deserves a special mention. It was truly a love story of its own. The selection is extensive, the quality is outstanding, and every morning felt like a special experience. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel has a restaurant with very good food, and there is also a spa on-site. Guests receive a complimentary 15-minute massage, which is a lovely touch. Additional treatments can be arranged as well. The property is new and very well maintained, which makes a huge difference. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The staff are exceptionally kind, polite, and always willing to help. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Indonesia. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing wellness retreat immersed in nature. It exceeded all of our expectations.
