Summary: every year i booked this hotel but this year i shocked about the prices !!!! its increased more than doubles !!! and their new policy about the booking ! if i want to reserve it should be included three meals ! i stays more then 4 times in this hotel and every times i reserve not less than 4-5 nights and i always booked with breakfast only . today i called abroad from kuwait 3 or 4 times and i didnt get full answers each staff said something different to me! about a reservation at the end they took my phone number and they said if there is any changes we will call you later!!! ok !! i think you will lose a couple guests ..and we will missed old Doora hotel... as i knows they sold the hotel and its hold with a new company so they changed the policies...
