Positive: close to the center, parking at the accommodation
Negative: The apartment in the basement needed a lot of airing, there were a few dirty pots in the kitchen. The apartment upstairs was unfortunately a big disappointment - the room was not cleaned at all (dirty sheets and cabinets on the bathroom floor, full dishwasher, beds not made, all due to the failure of the "Tromsø rental hub" service - poor communication and confusing instructions. We had to wait a long time with the children (almost until midnight) before someone brought clean sheets and towels. After long discussions and after cleaning one apartment, a partial refund was promised by Tromsø rental hub. (The compensation arrived, but unfortunately in a lower amount than agreed)
