Positive: Spacious, beautifully set and very clean and cosy. The village had everything you needed. Owner very helpful

Negative: Website states it was 16 minutes drive from Peasholm park, this needs updating as not the case. 7.5 mile to Scarborough and 10.2 mile to Bridlington. Very close to Filey zoo and Filey.
