Bluebird Estate is a premiere boutique event venue & vacation home in the foothills of the Ozarks. The Perch is the middle sized of the 3 available suites. The home sits on 16 beautiful acres with a huge stocked pond with a firepit overlooking the pond. The 85' covered porch is a great place to sit and relax. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, or want to have your event, we can accommodate 22 guests in the 3 suites. For events and catering additional rates apply
The Perch Suite sleeps 8 guests. Each of the 3 bedrooms has their own unique style.
--The DR, a 7' table for wonderful family/friends meals.
--The Kitchen is fully stocked with a Refrigerator, Oven/stove, Farm sink, Keurig
with a variety of coffee Kcups, 2 stainless prep tables, pots, pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glassware, wine glasses, coffee cups and a variety of other supplies, etc.
--There are 2 bathrooms. Each with a sink, shower, toile. 1 a jaccuzzi tub!
--The property has an incredible stocked 1 acre fishing pond. We can supply your group with some fishing rods and lures if needed. Please request in advance.
--We also offer onsite catering if you are planning a special celebration during your stay. Please let us know in advance so we can discuss menus and pricing with you.
At night you can relax and enjoy our beautiful 85' deck, swing, chairs and party lights. There is also a firepit for your use in the front yard.
During the day we have beautiful gardens with seating for your enjoyment, ample yard for kids to play and 16 acres to enjoy.
