The Pink Palace is a gorgeous historic home with a spectacular private backyard in the Deco district of San Antonio. Built in 1935, it has the kind of details and craftsmanship only found in an era long gone. Imagine this: You pull up to The Pink Palace on a beautiful sunny day. You enter the home with our self check-in keyless entry to find that you have "Landed". You drop your bags and can't help but to observe all the little details that make the space unique. You take a seat on the cognac leather couch, and start admiring the tastefully curated Modern Art Deco interior design that was inspired by the homes' era. Looking over at the record player, you decide to select an album from our locally sourced collection, that would best suit the visual audio-scape of the moment.

Upon entering the beautiful stained glass front door, you immediately notice the dinning room set for 8 - It's rich hues and tiled ceiling have you feeling some kind of way about your next dinner party. Directly off the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen, its sunlit breakfast nook, and saltillo tile will have the chef in your group rearing to go. If you're looking for something extra special, ask us about the gourmet chef that will come over and cook a special dinner for the whole family or a romantic dinner just for 2!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The Pink Palace has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in the main house with over 3,100 sq ft. of living space. The bedrooms are large and relaxing, with each bedroom having it's own unique feel to it. For optimum comfort, all bedrooms feature King sized premium mattresses dressed with Egyptian cotton bedding.
- The primary en-suite is spacious with a large closet, dresser, and daybed. The
attached bathroom has original tile from the 1930's as well as a mirror vanity
with a light. It comes fully stocked with towels, and toiletries.
- Primary suite #2, while it doesn't have an en-suite, it has it's own private
balcony overlooking the pool and lush backyard, as well as a queen sized
futon.
- The middle bedroom that is just as large and tastefully decorated, has a sofa
bed and a roll out mattress to sleep 2 extra.
The upstairs guest bathroom comes with vibrant blue tile and tub/shower combination, fully stocked with towels, and toiletries.
The downstairs half bath, has the cutest lil sink you ever did see.

THE CASITA
Your own private Casita away from the main home, or bring the in-laws along and have a separate dwelling from them. Located 50ft from the back door of the house, you'll find the charming yet somewhat rustic Casita. Equipped with a small bathroom/ shower combo, and stocked kitchenette.The Casita features a mini-fridge w/freezer, coffee maker, single burner & toaster oven. Aside from the premium King size bed, there is also a full size sofa bed that sleeps 2, and a smart TV with amazon fire stick. The rustic part comes from the floor being slightly un-level from years of San Antonio soil shifting.

THINGS TO NOTE
AC - This is an older home with single pane windows, it's part of San Antonios historic regulations that they must be original single pane. Because of this, and the size of the house, keep in mind that the AC will only drop the temperature inside to about 20 degrees below what the outside temp is.
To ensure the safety of our guests and security of our home we have ring cameras located externally on the property.

HOUSE RULES
* No parties or events are allowed
* Park vehicles in the driveway, and or directly in front of the house in the
direction of traffic, or on Lake blvd.
* DO NOT park in front of any of the neighboring homes.
* DO NOT park in the neighbors driveway or you will be towed
* No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside of the home or Casita.
* Do not leave the retractable awning open when winds are over 10 mph,
when you leave the house, or overnight. You will be liable for damages.
* Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use
* Trash bins are located in alley behind the Casita through the wooden gate
