Summary: Things we liked about Rigdon House were the complimentary happy hour, outdoor patio and location. Staff were nice, and we appreciated communication prior to the trip when the room we booked had issues. During that communication we were offered complimentary dessert for having to change rooms but we never got it. The hotel has so much potential but is very outdated and worn on the inside. The rooms are spacious but could definitely use some love. We got a good price, but will probably look elsewhere if we go back to the area.
